Generation UCAN Reviews

I’ve been happy with the UCAN products overall. Signing up for the monthly subscription was easy, shipping was usually on time, and the flavors I tried were decent. Not like, mind-blowing or anything, but definitely good enough for what I needed.

The only thing that bugged me was trying to make changes to the subscription. It took a little digging to find the right options, and skipping a month felt more awkward than it should’ve. Customer service did help me out, just not super quickly. So yeah, overall it was fine, just a bit clunky in spots.

It’s a bit too pricey for me. I just don’t feel like it’s really worth what they’re charging.

I’ve been using this on my longer runs and it really helps keep my energy steady the whole time. No weird crash afterward either, which is great because that post-run slump is unnecessary.

I was kind of surprised, it actually mixes really well in my shaker. The texture comes out smooth, and after a few shakes I didn’t notice any weird clumps. it was better than I thought it would be.

I tried a couple of the flavors they were hit or miss. I kept hoping one would really stand out, but they all had this chalky aftertaste that got old fast. It’s not awful, and I can get through it if I need to, but it’s not something I’d actually look forward to drinking.

From what I remember with other workout fuels, I was always dealing with that heavy feeling or random stomach cramps partway through a run. UCAN has been a lot easier on me. The taste is fine, and I’m mostly just glad I can use it without spending the whole workout thinking about my digestion.

I ended up grabbing these right before a super hectic week, which was bad timing on my part, but the packaging made it easy. It’s neat, compact, and I can just toss it in my bag without thinking about it. Definitely convenient when I’m running around.

I’ve been taking UCAN before my morning runs, and it reminds me of finally finding the right routine before meeting my running buddy for longer miles. It gives me a steadier kind of energy instead of that quick sugar spike and crash, which I really appreciate. My stomach handles it well too, and that’s always a big deal for me before a run. The taste is fine, not something I’d crave, but it’s easy enough to get down. It did take a few tries to figure out the timing that worked best. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars because it definitely helps with my workouts, but the price feels a little high.

Maybe it works better for other runners, and I can see how some people might like it. But for the price, I expected more of a noticeable boost. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

My order arrived in good shape, so no complaints there, but the shipping was slower than I expected. The tracking barely updated, which made it a little frustrating compared to other companies I’ve ordered from where I can usually see each step clearly. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as smooth or quick as some competitors.

I had a small issue with my order and emailed customer service, expecting it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. I’m not the most patient person when something’s wrong with an order, so I was relieved they got back to me quickly. They were nice, didn’t give me some copy-paste answer, and just helped me get it sorted. Really appreciate when a company doesn’t make things harder than they need to be. I’d definitely order again.

It does keep me feeling full for a bit, but not as long as I was hoping. It’s okay if I just need something to hold me over, but then I’m hungry again soon. So yeah

I really wanted to like UCAN but the ingredients just feel kind of average for what it costs. It works okay but I was expecting something a little cleaner or better quality. The taste is fine not amazing. I’ll finish the tub but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
